Sales Representative

We have multiple Sales Representative positions open in our Dallas office!

Summary: Softel Techsource in Dallas, TX is seeking Sales Representative to prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new programs and to protect and increase existing customers to perform the following duties:

Day-to-day Job duties:

  • Understand principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Provide customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
  • Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
  • Provide clients with estimates of the costs of professional or consulting services.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and deliver content for sales presentations or other materials.
  • Explain technical product or service information to customers.
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
